The project considers an investment of US$2,500 million for the installation of a modern plant that will produce a total of approximately 580 thousand tons/year of green ammonia. It will be developed in two stages. The first, starting in 2027, will produce 290 thousand tons/year of green ammonia, and the second will begin in 2030 to reach maximum production. The construction of a photovoltaic park with an installed capacity of 600 MW is also envisaged. The project, at full capacity, will contribute to the reduction of more than 1 million tons/year of CO2 emissions.
